Oscar is a stunning,well marked 15.2hh Registered Paint/Quarter horse. He has such an elegant head, just like his late

American Performance Horse grandfather

' RUGGED LARK '.

We bought Oscar in November 2001. When we saw him he was in an awful state. A farrier had trimmed his feet so severely that it made him lame on all four feet. He was also very depressed and thin. It had taken a good six months to get him back fit, well and thriving.

He attended a show in 2004 and done extremely well up against other horses and he thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

We are in the process of finding an experienced rider to bring him on and compete on him in the performance ring for us.

We simply do not have enough time with all the Welshies but we want to see him get on and do what he is good at.

** UPDATE Oct 28^th 2006 **

Oscar has now been back in training for 2 weeks.

He is responding so well to the refresher training.

He will be transferred to our new Riding Center in the New Year.

He also attended an Open Show and won 3 x 1^st place ribbons with Jennifer Sullivan

on October 28^th, he was so AWESOME!!!
