'JOSHUA'S EASTER GIFT' aka 'JOSS'

 1980-1999

My parents bought me Joss when I was 13 years old, and he was the best thing that they ever bought me. He was a very handsome 13.2hh bay Hackney x Dale pony and he taught me everything - the HARD way!

At the beginning he bolted and bit me every day and trust me he was hard work. It didn't take long though before we both knew how the other one ticked. We learnt to jump together, he showed me how to drive a cart and we used to gymkhana and have so much fun, you wouldn't believe !

In 13 years I never had to call the vet for him ( only for jabs ) until ' Colic ' came along. It was so sudden, he had never had it before and it was a shock to both him and me.

You put up a valiant fight that night and I 'THANK' you for it Joss.

You are simply the best !
